Agency at €299/month is built for scale: unlimited client projects, 5,000 scan credits plus pay-as-you-grow overage, white-label reports, and shareable client audits. Every plan tracks all 7 AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overview), and page audits and Reddit enrichment are credit-based on every plan. ### How does Agency handle high-volume tracking?

Agency is built for scale. Track unlimited client projects across all 7 LLMs, with no per-project cap. Tracking frequency is configurable per project (daily or 3x/week) so you can match the cadence to each client's needs. Beyond your plan's monthly inclusion, additional usage is billed pay-as-you-grow at €0.02 per scan equivalent, and you set a hard monthly spending cap (in EUR) to control costs.

### Is there a free plan?

No. There are no per-LLM add-ons on any Mentionable plan. Every plan, from Growth to Agency, tracks all 7 AI engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Mode, and Google AI Overview. Claude is included on every plan. No LLM is locked behind a higher tier.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime from your account settings and remain active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

### Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated immediately and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

### Do you offer custom pricing beyond the Agency plan?
